I have set up service on demand arrangement I had a message saying I have, I have sent a message saying STOP REC and it says I haven’t, I’ve looked on the app and the website can’t seem to find it so now I am panicking in case money gets took out of my bank account

Have you checked the payment page on the EE app.

When was the payment due. 

If you're unsure call EE CS on 150.

STOP REC is an out-of-date command relating to an auto recurring monthly top-up for PAYG. So how is it you have set up service on demand arrangement?
