data, calls and texts are all not working in the USA even though I have paid for roam abroad pass, and I am on a monthly contract. which means I can not call support. I have tried turning it off and on many times. i do not have the little pin on me to get the sim out. when I turn the phone off and on I get 4G for 1 minute then it stops working again. any help or advice would be appreciated.

The Roam Abroad pass is just a billing add-on, it doesn't enable the roaming facility which your phone needs to connect to foreign networks.

Did you enable roaming before leaving the UK? By texting ROAMING to 150.

If you didn't, you will need to contact EE CS to do so - either calling +44 7953 966250 from another working phone, or +44 800 0798586 from a web-calling app such as Skype.

Thank you will try and find a working phone

Why does it mean that? You are entitled to. Try calling CS on the Freephone no. (Opt 1) in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
