Hi I bought a travel plan and on my phone it shows I have 4g but it’s not working. Roaming is switched on . Please help

Thanks for coming here.
Did you text ROAMING to 150 before travelling abroad?
This would let you know if roaming was activated for you to use the add-on when roaming.
