I’ve always used my uk allowance whilst in Australia now suddenly it’s not working and I’m laying £6 a day. I’ve not changed anything on my contract since I was last here so any ideas why it’s suddenly changed? Don’t want to change provider while here but I may have to

What allowed you to use your UK allowance whilst in Australia? It's outside EU where you can use your UK allowance. Do you have either the Roam Further Pass or an EE Max contract?

I had both I’m sure but they now seem to have gone, it’s 2 years since I came to Australia

You can't have both! Have you since upgraded you plan? That would have got rid of whichever you had.

Got sorted by an incredibly helpful ee agent this morning and now have roam further. They were so accommodating couldn’t have been better
