I have a roaming pass and have used a SIM for my UK phone in the EU before. Now, I am in France and can't connect to the local network. I can't contact 150 as phone/text doesn't work, and EE has no other way to be contacted. Please give me advice and an online way to contact you, please EE.

@Rattie You might have the roaming pass that allows you to use your tariff allowance while there but did you activate roaming on your account by texting ROAM to 150 before you left the UK ? Purchasing an add ons doesn’t enable roaming it’s just an add on to use your allowance it doesn’t connect you to a roaming network.
Have you tried just restarting the device?
Via the EE app you can live chat with customers service. It’s under the help tab. Or you can call customer services from a different device.
