Need help paid for roaming this morning now can’t make calls or receive calls and when I try to ring it’s in Turkish saying can’t make calls

There is no charge for roaming, so what you've likely paid for is a billing add-on. What matters to use your phone abroad, is to enable the roaming facility.

Did you text ROAMING to 150 before leaving the UK? Does your phone show a connection to a Turkish network? Did you receive a welcome text message on first arrival?
