I am in Spain and have sent a text to 150 to set roaming, I've had a response to say this has been done. However, in my online account it says that roaming is blocked and I can't change this. I can't make any local calls, my phone says that its calling but they is no dialling tone and I have a message saying 'conditional call forwarding active'. Can anyone help?

Hello @JoBHill ,
Welcome to the community,
If you are not able to activate roaming via your account, you will have to ring customer service via other means. If you have Skype there is a free number to ring:
https://ee.co.uk/contact-ee/account-billing/mobile
You also need to make sure that call abroad and premium calls are enabled.

@JoBHill , you need to ring one of the 0800 numbers , but put +44 in front: +448009566000.

If you can't enable the Roaming Abroad and the Call Abroad & Premium Rate settings of your online MyEE, you will need to call CS. Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. via Skype over WiFi. It should be free.
