Roaming when abroad

Hi. I was recently abroad (in New York) and whilst in USA I used my EE app and added the roaming to my account at a cost of £15. Unfortunately the roaming did not work at all while we were abroad. Please can you take it off my account for the future bills? Thanks.

You can text STOP ROAMING PASS to 150 to cancel your Roam Abroad Pass.

Also to add, the roaming pass is just a billing add-on. If you didn't also enable the international roaming facility, this would explain your phone not working outside the UK.
