Has your phone never worked since you arrived or has it just stopped working?
Where are you roaming? Which add-on did you purchase?

What makes you think your phone has been blocked?
A roaming add-on is separate from needing the roaming facility to be enable, which is what enables a phone to connect to foreign networks. Did you do this before leaving the UK, by texting ROAMING to 150?
This advice assumes pay-monthly.
