Good day,
I am currently trying to sort out my mobile data as i do not have any mobile data at the moment, although inhave 4-5 bars on my signal bar and a 5G connection.
I have tried almost all of the troubleshooting that i found the internet but atill no luck (reset networking setting, thening airplane mode on and off, restarting phone, adjusting spend cap)
This is really frustrating as i will be charged but i haven't even used the mobile data and could not even call ee's customer service
any help would be appreciated
