Roaming not working in pakistan

I am in pakistan and roaming is not working I have enabled all roaming services but not working could you help ?

I am monthly ee user .

Can I confirm you activated roaming with EE by texting ROAMING to 150 before leaving the UK?

If yes, could you please confirm if you are currently connected to a local network?

No I have not activated before leaving UK, I have activated when I am in pakistan

How did you activate your settings?

Roaming must also be enabled on your EE account. This can be done by giving us a call or texting ROAMING to 150 before leaving the UK. 

If you have not been able to do this, please log in to your My EE account and use our online chat service. The chat team have account access and will be able to activate this for you.
