@Leanne_T , the same shows on My EE App as well, by the way, have not looked at the account online.

Just checked, shows the same when logging in to my account online as well, so not sure what is going on, but does seem strange to me, no big deal, I just ring up before going abroad and make sure everything is fine for when I do go abroad, anyway.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

It does show the same (no option to check / uncheck roaming or call overseas anymore) on both the app and the web version of my account 👍

To be fair, it does tell you to send the text to 150 which is the best way of checking roaming is active on your account (not so great when you’re already overseas without it).

I don’t think it’s removal is a glitch. The fact the toggles never showed correctly on many accounts means it makes sense for them to go.

Hi all - I got sort d by Skyping EE they have got me line back into full service but despite promising the second number in the account would also work it sadly doesn’t!! Maybe another 30 mins chat to EE !! Takes at least 6 mins for each chat message to be acknowledged

thanks for all your help

@David173 , thank you for letting us know, glad you got it all sorted, not sure why we are unable to change things either via My EE App or online via the web and also cannot see if it is all enabled. Before the new app, it said blocked, even though all of them were not and have never been, just easy to ring up and check, as cannot do this, just to be sure before going abroad. This does need sorting, I think and believe.

Glad you’re at least back online on one number. Now you’re back on the grid, might be quicker to call them
