My Son flew off to Portugal tonight, I am unable to access MYEE and phone lines shut, how can I get him roaming set up if I can't access anything?

Roaming has two parts.
1: A phone needs roaming enabled in order for it to connect to foreign networks, without this your son's phone won't connect to any Portugese network and therefore will have no coverage. The account holder will now need to contact EE CS when they reopen, to enable this.
2: Billing add-ons, and roaming passes, reduce the cost of roaming - this can be done online or via text message,

Is your son on PAYG or pay-monthly? And if pay-monthly.. 1: Did he text ROAMING to 150 before leaving the UK? If not, 2: Is your son or yourself, the account holder?

pay monthly, no he never text 150 and I am account holder but MyEE is down

The account holder will need to contact CS to request roaming is activated. It can't be done via myEE online.

Thanks for coming to the community.
If you are the account holder please call us on 150 and the team will get roaming set up and the Roam Abroad Pass activated for your son to use the phone and plan allowance in Portugal.
You will need roaming set up for the add-on to work.
