Roaming in the USA and Canada

Been in Canada the past few days and was working fine. But since mid day it's been patchy with giving me signal to anything with no R symbol appearing on my bars. Any help appreciated

I have an iPhone 15 and I'm also in the USA (California) - for the past seven days my phone has been working fine connecting to the network and this afternoon it suddenly has switched to SOS and despite resetting, turning on/off airplane mode still no network connection.  Are you having issues with the international networks today?  Cannot ring either due to time difference and that my mobile is my only source to ring EE on and with no network that is simply not possible.

Same for me (also in California) with an iPhone 13 Pro Max. Everything was working fine up till this evening and I’ve tried everything (airplane mode, restarting, contacting Apple)  and cannot contact EE due to it not being 8am back in UK yet. Watching this thread for resolution.

Here in Seattle using an Android Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus and have a data pass 25.  I'm also suddenly unable to make calls...error displaying 'Not registered on network'.

Will anyone from EE respond to these messages with an answer?

Oops - I guess hitting enter posts without content..

So my iphone 13 plus today whilst in the US got stuck on SOS and i tried all the things, resetting network settings, airplane mode - reset and hard/soft resets 

 

Guy in a phone shop recommended i switch to esim, tried that and now my EE sim doesn't show up at all...

Anyone experienced this?

Temped to totally wipe the phone but I don't want to lose whatsapp

Same with me . Been fine since Friday in USA and Canada and now today it’s sos only . I need the data to work and I have the roaming abroad as one of my extras , most annoying , tried restarting phone and toggling roaming and auto connection and nothing works 

Same here in Canada , I wish we would sort it out , seems to have affected loads of people , a message from them would be great as on WiFi at moment but other than that we are knackered , paying for a service that doesn’t work , will we refund if I have to buy a local eSIM???? 

Yes it started today at 4pm local time in Vancouver and just get sos as won’t connect to any network , must be problems somewhere and I do hope they sort it out as need the data to get around

Yes I did and initially it didn't seem to work but now I seem to be connected although get repeated messages saying I am not...strange but time will tell
