Been in Canada the past few days and was working fine. But since mid day it's been patchy with giving me signal to anything with no R symbol appearing on my bars. Any help appreciated

Hi,
having the same issue as everyone else in Las Vegas.
I’ve tried everything from resetting network settings, on and off, aeroplane made! Has worked the past 2 days and roaming is enabled and I have roam abroad pass. Any help or fix for this please?

I’m in the USA with Roaming purchased prior to arriving and now have no signal or coverage outside of WiFi. I had signal for the last week and suddenly yesterday it was not available and my phone shows SOS. I am unable to make calls or receive data at all.

I'm in exactly the same situation, although I have 4g. My phone wont allow me to call or text 150 and there is no Live chat. Therefore I cant get ANY help. I dont know what to do!!

I just had a conversation with the technical team, and they informed me that there is a known issue with network connectivity in the US. While I'm not suggesting this is necessarily your situation, it definitely applies to mine. I've followed all the recommended procedures, and the technical team has confirmed that my phone and add-ons are correctly configured. They advised that I need to wait for the issue to be resolved.

Hi!
I've got the same issue but I've been in the US since May. Yesterday I lost signal and haven't had anything since. I called customer services and there does seem to be an issue for a small number of customers currently roaming in the US. Sorry I couldn't offer any actual help, but wanted you to know you aren't the only one!

Im having the same issue.
reset network settings, tried manually connecting. Nothing works, occasionally I pick up 4G then it just drops and shows sos.
i have a 15 pro.
@EE what is going on?
