Roaming in Brazil

Kiers

Hey,

I'm in Brazil and my Samsung S22 isn't picking up any network - so i haven't received any 'EE welcomes you to Brazil type messages" and I can't call/message EE to get help rectifying the situation. I have roaming turned on on my handset, but when I try to activate roaming in the EE app, I keep getting a pop up message that says 'oops, something went wrong' and am asked to 'text INFO to 150' - which I can't do until I can turn roaming on.

Has anyone faced and resolved this issue before? Any assistance would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

@Kiers : If you can't enable the Roaming Abroad and the Call Abroad & Premium Rate settings of your online MyEE, you will need to call CS. Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. via Skype over WiFi. It should be free.
