Can't get ahold of anyone on the phone that's not a bot or text instructions. I'd like a clear answer as I've already been into store to talk to someone and they had no info to give me other than call in.
I'm travelling to Australia from the middle of August into the start of September. From what I've seen the roam abroad pass let's me use my phone as normal in Australia for £25, which is great. But, here's the rub, is that for the month I add it, or will it last as long as I want and be added for the time used?
As in, if I add it in the middle of August and stop it just into September (which will be three weeks) will it still only charge me £25 for a month, or will it charge me twice because I've technically used it over two months?
I'd rather just the one charge because obviously it'll only be used under a month, but at this point I'll just take a straight answer.
Cheers to anyone who can help clarify.

Charging of the Roam Abroad Pass is based on your billing month, not the calendar month.
The Roam Abroad Pass costs £25 per billing month from the billing month you order it (text ROAMING PASS to 150) until the billing month you cancel it (text STOP ROAMING PASS to 150). For all billing months during which you have the Pass it is charged at the full £25. However if the Pass is carried over from the 1st billing month to the next it will be charged pro-rata for that 1st month alone.
