Roaming blocked

Currently in the US and can’t get mobile roaming to work. The text from 150 says it’s enabled but when I check my settings it says it’s blocked.

If you can't enable the Roaming Abroad and the Call Abroad & Premium Rate settings of your MyEE, you will need to call CS. Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. over Skype. It should be free.

Can I ask did you get roaming to work? Going to USA on Tuesday and have activated roaming and paid for the Roam Abroad Pass but in settings still says Roaming Blocked.

Spoke to CS, via SKYPE, and he added a pack to make it work. Apparently I had an old add on. All sorted now
