Roam further

I have Roam further set up and received confirmation email.  However trying to make calls to the UK I keep getting notification that there is a call bar on UK numbers?

Did you activate roaming and international calling before you travelled?

If not, please get in touch with Customer Care so a member of the team can activate them on your account.

Hey @Forrest12 ,

What country are you roaming in? I assume you've hooked up to a network there and have signal and a data connection.

If so, does the data connection work? 

Also, when you call the UK, are you calling in the international format? (e.g. +44 7788 xxyyxx). Are you able to call local numbers? Can you receive incoming calls? 

If you've checked the above and it's just outgoing calls that are affected, maybe try a manual network search and pick another carrier in the country you're in. See if that resolves it.
