Roam abroad pass

I'm very disappointed with the roam abroad pass. I bought the pass for two mobiles, mine and my wife's, before going to the Continent, Hungry/Austria/Germany/Netherlands. During the whole fortnight, the mobiles failed to connect to any wifi nets. Did everything according to the instructions. Don't know why. Totally useless.

@dagwy  Using Wi-Fi has nothing to do with EE and the roam further pass is so you can use your tariff allowance while connected to a cellar network.  You have to activate roaming from within your online account as purchasing an add on doesn’t enable roaming. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
Thanks, Chris. Yes, I'm aware that I'll use my tariff once connected. I thought the add-on had been activated already, since I got the starting date and a message saying it. Cheers.

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

As well as adding the Roam Abroad Pass, you need to make sure you have allowed roaming in My EE.

Go to Menu > Account Settings > Parental and Data Controls to check.
