Reconnection time scale

Bonjour 

I was late paying phone bill so I got disconnected 😞 

I have now paid outstanding balance and I am still unable to get reconnected 

Really annoying as I can't receive passcodes to gain access to online accounts for internet banking ...my emails ..😡🙄

@Missunderstood  if you’ve been disconnected due to non-payment and you have now made that payment it’ll take up to 24 hours before you get reconnected. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
