Receiving international calls whilst in the UK.

I have had two calls from Switzerland both of which I have been unable to accept.    Does anybody have a fix please?

What happens when you try and accept the call? 

Can you accept calls from all other numbers?

Hi, I just cannot accept the calls.  All other calls within the UK are absolutely fine.

Are you connected to WiFi Calling when this happens?

If you go into Settings > Phone, do you have silence unknown callers active?
