Hi @Sarah-1980.
That number looks correct apart from the letter 'a' in it. Was that a typo or does that display in your message centre number?
Could you try making a call?

Yes. I double checked, just in case. The letter'a' was a typo.

When I try to send a text, a blue bar comes across the screen saying it couldn't send and when I try to call 150, it just won't connect.
