I think this is the same problem I've been having for the last few weeks.

Hi @Sarah-1980.

Are you able to access your message settings and check what your message centre number is?

Can you make calls to other numbers other than 150?

Hi @Sarah-1980,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

What problems are you experiencing?

James

Hi James,

I don't seem to be able to send or receive texts and I can't seem to call 150 from my mobile either.  I played around a bit with the settings to see if I could fix it myself.  I think I mucked up the messaging centre for a while, but I think I corrected that yesterday.  It could be something to do with my SIM, but I don't know how I'd tell that for sure.

Thanks, @Sarah-1980

What kind of phone are you using?

Chris

Its a Samsung Galaxy A21s Pay As You Go.

Hi @Sarah-1980,

Are you in the UK?

Does the status bar at the top of your phone show its connected to a mobile network?

James

I live in Dundee in Scotland.  And as far as I can see, the status bar is fine.

Hi @Sarah-1980.

My message centre is currently set at +44a7958879879.  To be honest, I haven't used my mobile to make calls for a while, I usually only use the text function to receive code for stuff and I've only been using 3G for at least the past few months.

I didn't mean to mark this as the solution and I'm sure I already replied to it.  Is there a second page that I'm missing?
