Hi. Have you any idea what they actually ‘did’ to solve it at all? I’ve got the same issue and 150 staff member didn’t know what to do to solve the issue?

Yes I can.
I think the issue may be solved.
I rang 150 and they identified it was a common issue when porting from o2 to ee.
Passed it through to tech team and they’d solve it in 7 days.
at the same time I was on hold with finance company who was trying to send the otp.
when they did it from their end manually rather than automated…..my phone went crazy and I’ve received all the text messsges that I tried to get last night. About 18 pings later…looks like it was either solved quickly by ee or sending that final text has unblocked the system so to speak!
