Do you receive an error message when you text VM ON to 150?

Yes I always get an error message, I also never get anywhere with calls to
150
It tells me it will send information but never does.
It’s a circular mess

Sounds like you're getting lost in the "we must text you" options - ignore those and use the options to speak to an agent instead.
