Hi,
Recently i have ended up my contract and move to Pay as you go. I have landed yesterday in Poland, topped up my account and wanted to make a call and it says that it's barred. People cannot contact me as well. I cannot even call 150 as the number is barred as well. Is there any way i can change it?

@nononpati : It takes 30 days to cancel a contract & before it is moved to PAYG. Had you used that PAYG SIM for making calls or texts in UK before you left to go abroad? To be used abroad EE PAYG SIMs need 1st activating on EE's home UK network. If it wasn't you can't now use it until you return to UK.

I didn't know about that. How come I cannot receive calls?

Cuz you never used it as PAYG in UK, as I previously said.

So for instance if I received a call on the day my contract has ended and PAYG has started I still did not activated it?
To active it I supposed to top up my account and make a call?

You needed to be in the UK & make a call or text after it was moved to PAYG.
