Have you actually tried this?
When you call 150 and try to get through the IVR to get to speak to someone about unlocking voicemail, you will find it impossible. The system has NO OPTION for being put through to a human to do this.
Perhaps you could arrange for someone at EE to make that a new option on the IVR.

You should be able to choose the technical support option to speak to a CS agent who can resolve a voicemail issue.

I have been trying to do this this afternoon and finding it impossible to speak to someone. Really dissapointing as EE have normally been fairly good when you have an issue but not this time

When you select option 2 it then gives you two options 1 or 2. You then press 1 and it gives you two options 1 or 2. You then press 2 and it tells you that it is texting you the information and hangs up. So I can not actually do what I rang in to do which is get my Voicemail unlocked. Bring back human beings..... Frustrated of East Yorkshire
