Unfortunately its a long story and i have spent a lot of time on the phone talking to various (about 15) advisors and still i do not have what has been agreed

I agreed to accept the total broadband from EE which was fitted on the 14th of Feb , after this was fitted i was not able to get TNT sports which i had for many years through BT , this was not switched on until 10th of March yet i have been charged for it since the 14th 

Between these 2 dates as I did not want to have another TV box i asked that this was made available via my SKY this took around 10 days and was available on 10th March

Also I agreed a price of 71.99 for broadband (despite your adverts for a much lower price) yet my bills reflect a higher price 

 

I just wish the advisors would do what they say they would do in the first place without me having to constantly ring and wait to get an advisor to understand my concerns and action their agreements

On reflection being a customer of BT for over 50 years i wished i had stayed with what i had or go to another company EG SKY for my broadband services 

Its been really hard work and i hope you help

Hello Peter ,

There has been no complaint logged as far as i know 

is it possible for someone to call me so i can explain the issue , i spoke to a guy yesterday who said "can you hold whilst i speak to another department " he never came back to me and i held on for 20 minutes when the line went dead (11.02 yesterday)

the service is terrible from EE I just can't resolve the issue at all

The best thing to do now would be to fill in the complaints for here. If you explain the situation there, our complaints team will look into it and contact you to discuss it. This will all be logged against your account and handled according to our complaints process.

Hopefully, they can help get this all sorted for you. Please keep us updated with what happens.
