Hi I’ve been having this problem aswell which has resulted me not being able to use my data for 3 days as I can’t toggle it back on. How can this be fixed

Accidentally turned on mobile data in the ee app and now I’m unable to turn it back on it comes up with ‘sorry, there’s something wrong text info to 150 to make the change’ I have done this and nothing works. HELP it’s been 3 days
