Hello please help me is my number blocked I even dont know how to stop and delete the number from my phone

Could you give us a little more information about why you think your phone is blocked? If you've lost connection to the mobile services, sometimes it's worth turning your phone off and back on again. 

It's a good idea to check if we're aware of any maintenance works in your area too. You can do that by popping your postcode into our network status checker.
