I have the same problem. EE has blocked supposedly "for my own safety" ! sms from PosteID in Italy so I can no longer receive identification codes. They have kept me waiting on the phone for hours. When I eventually got through they hung up on me.

This has now been going on since last June and is costing us a fortune.

Any suggestions how we can get EE to unblock these sms that we received perfectly until 12 June 2023?

Hi everyone, I found a solution: go to your internet and datas settings and switch to 3G only! And you might be able to receive those bank text messages - at least it is working for me! And then, once the operation is done, I go back to 4G!
