Forget the tube, the EE signal is rubbish on national rail as well.

Saying a particular operator is "rubbish on National Rail" is equivalent to saying an operator is "poor on motorways".

I note from your link that there is a prominent disclaimer - "We note that EE appears to provide the most realistic coverage estimations on their maps, so appear to have more "not-spots" than other networks, but it is likely the other networks would perform similarly if real-world testing was performed."

What I said is correct.   It doesn’t matter if the other operators are bad.   The signal problems still need to be resolved.
