Hello,
I’m having the same issue. I am in the USA and can’t connect. I get an SOS as a signal. I have the monthly pass and it won’t work. I’ve tried resetting WiFi, turning my phone on and off, no luck. I don’t know how to get in touch as I’m unable to call EE. Any other fixes?
thanks,
cate

Have you used your EE phone overseas before @Ksphillips8?

Hi @Ksphillips8,
It could be that only EU roaming is active on your account, rather than worldwide.
Another thing to check is if there is a spend cap on your account?

Do you have the Roam Abroad Pass on your account @Ksphillips8?
If not, you'll need to make sure there isn't a spend cap that could be restricting your ability to make chargeable calls.
