Cant use my phone abroad, without wifi from the hotel

I'm in Prague,  I checked before I left I had data abroad. I can only use my phone in the hotel with WiFi  ???

Welcome to the community.

Did you activate roaming on the SIM before going, or have you used this SIM abroad before? Do you have an active spend cap?
