Can you explain your issue further? Is this a recent problem? Is it only outgoing audio that's affected? Does it only happen in one specific location or more general? Does the outgoing audio come & go, or is it a permanent loss of audio? Are all calls affected?

There is an option to report in-call audio issues on the status checker - https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker

This problem appeared about 2 months ago, but before that the outgoing sound stopped and came back after a while. Unfortunately, for about a month I have not been able to make any calls at all. Incoming sound has no problem, but the receiver cannot hear me at all. When I try to call, I hear "I can't hear you". It's very frustrating, I have a health problem now and I'm not able to talk to a doctor or make appointments

Hi @Demona87,

I'd recommend reporting the issue at Service Status Checker | Check Network Problems in Your Area | EE as a first step, as recommended by @bristolian.

The team will check for issues in your local area and get back to you.

WiFi Calling can also help with indoor coverage issues, so please make sure it's turned on in your settings.

Find out more in Using WiFi Calling | Mobile Help | EE.
