I have stoped receiving calls and would like to chat to a agent but for the life of me I cannot find the online chat, can someone please point me in the right direction please ?

Does your phone show signal indicators?
Can you dial calls outbound at all? How about text messages?

- Change to Lebara SIM in SIM cards & Porting
- Unable to receive 2-factor authentication SMS texts in Mobile Services
- Im currently in Turkey and i have no mobile connection. Help. in Roaming
- Cannot contact EE from abroad, phones cannot make outbound calls or texts in Roaming
- Cannot make calls (roaming in Australia) in Roaming
