Hi I cannot make or receive calls although my data is fine so WhatsApp works.
I cannot therefore talk to the small business team to get technical support.
How can I get help?
Surely you should have an email or WhatsApp for situations like this?

Are you in the UK or abroad? If abroad and on pay-monthly, have you enabled "call abroad & premium-rate" in your myEE online account?

@Patrique321 , if you have not been able to enable roaming as @bristolian suggested, if you have Skype, you can ring customer service for free:

There is no email contact or WhatsApp with EE, customers should make sure they are all set up before going abroad, something I do every time, just to be sure, personally.
