Hello,

I am experiencing this same issue right now in Mexico. I would love to be able to contact EE but I have no signal. My partner is also on EE and has the same phone as me - has had no issue with signal. I tried calling but cannot get through to the team.  OG poster, are you aware of the route cause of the issue? I’ve tried everything under the sun - on/off, restart/reset, roaming/etc

This has now been resolved. The issue was that EE had me set for roaming in EU, not international.

Have you tried manually searching for other networks in your phone settings? 

Do you have a pay as you go or pay monthly account?

Pay monthly and yes I have tried manually searching. This yielded a single bar for about 10 seconds and nothing since unfortunately.

Did you text ROAMING to 150 before travelling to make sure roaming was set up?

Glad you got sorted. It took me a year to get EE to check my settings were correct on my account- they kept saying all the right boxes were ticked then I got a guy in Ireland who said there was a box unticked 😩
