Re: No network abroad

Hi, I understand that the service may be cut off after a stay in EU for over 60 days, unless the contract started before June '21, not sure how long this continues for but thinking that as long as the contract remains in place, there is no limit to how long I can keep my UK number ?

Any ideas please ?

Hi @PlummetAirlines

If you are on contract, and keep paying then yes, EE won't cut you off but if you hit the stable links policy it just means EE will start charging you for your usage abroad. Don't use it, and you just pay as normal.

@PlummetAirlines  The July 21 date was just a date for contract customers on if they’ll have to pay to use their allowances in the EU.  The 60 roaming policy has always been there.  You can use your allowance for 60 days in any 120 day period.  You might not even get charged after 60 days if you keep your usage very light but you most certainly will not be cut off after 60 days.
