Mobile does not register in the network

Hi Guys 🙂

 

I bought a sim card from you guys ages ago.

In the meantime, I have moved to Austria.
Unfortunately, I can no longer register in the network with your sim card.
Is there a way to activate it again?

If this is a PAYG SIM then it needs to be activated on the UK EE network. 

 

Additionally after such a long time the SIM maybe dead.

 

To answer your question, no there is no way.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 10.30pm every day.
