Same issue with mine. I booked a repairs EE shop slot on three occasions only to have my time wasted for hours each time. The issue is still unresolved and I have a 24 month contract with EE. I'm considering making a formal ombudsman complaint.

Ombudsman will only accept an individual customer complaints which have exhausted the supplier's internal complaints process - which can take upto 8 weeks.

Hi @Vitacity
Thanks for coming here.
Are you losing service abroad or in the UK?
What did the store advise when you visited?
Leanne 🙂
