I am sorry to hear you are having an issue with calls at the moment. If you do have access to the app and are a pay monthly mobile customer, have you tried accessing the live chat via the Help section?
If this is happening in one area, try checking for any local issues on our service status checker.
If you have not already you can use our interactive diagnostic tool to run through some troubleshooting steps with the phone to see if it helps resolve the issue with calls.
