Sorry but that is what I have been doing and there are no options to TALK with someone I have severe arthritis in my hands and it is very painful to type at all. I wrote that but was directed to phone 0800 800 150 which took me to exactly the same written pages! I am 77, disabled with one leg and swollen painful hands. Doesn’t EE have any HELP so I can talk?
