Please see our Roaming costs in Switzerland, Help page for information on using your phone abroad. 

Also, please text ROAMING to 150 before travelling to make sure your account is set up for roaming.

Im not impressed.

 

I followed those instructions

 

I added credit using 150 at Kings Cross yesterday

 

I got to Switzerland today. The sim wont work

 

The helpline tells me i should have actually used the sim yesterday and they cant get it to work now

@Roger12345 : Did you use that PAYG SIM for making calls or texts in UK before you left to go abroad? EE PAYG SIMs need 1st activating on EE's home UK network before they can be used abroad. If it wasn't you can't now use it until you return to UK.
