Hi @izabela5 

 

If you're a pay monthly customer then you'll need to call EE CS on 150. There maybe a charge for this service. 

 

If PAYG and you don't mind then destroy the SIM and get another PAYG SIM. Alternatively call EE CS as mentioned above.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Is your number currently with another provider?

 

If so you will need to request a PAC by texting PAC to 65075, then give this to EE.
