I ported my number to ee 4 days back.. and it was ported successfully... Sim showed signal and the number.. data is working but iam not able to call or receive calls.. I am not even able to call customer care please help me

Hi @Sruthiponnu,
Did you try restarting your phone as suggested by @bristolian?
Are you using a pay as you go or pay monthly plan?

I have a monthly plan . 4 days ago I ported my number to ee . Now only data is working . I don't know what to..I didn't expect this kind of big from ee sim ... Please help mee..

Yes restarted it several times. Still not working .. not able to call even customer care number .

Please go to ee.co.uk/contact-ee/account-billing/mobile where you can start a chat with our Customer Care Team.
They'll be able top access your account to see if there were any issues with your number transfer.
