I ported my number to ee 4 days back.. and it was ported successfully... Sim showed signal and the number.. data is working but iam not able to call or receive calls.. I am not even able to call customer care please help me

What happens when you try making a call?

Have you restarted your phone since receiving the confirmation text?

Same pblm to me can you help me

When I try to call it suddenly says call ended .. iam not even able to call customer care .data is working please help me 

Please give me a solution

Did you try restarting your phone as suggested by @bristolian?

Are you using a pay as you go or pay monthly plan?

I have a monthly plan . 4 days ago I ported my number to ee . Now only data is working . I don't know what to..I didn't expect this kind of big from ee sim ... Please help mee..

Have you restarted your phone since the number transfer completed @Sruthiponnu?

Yes restarted it several times. Still not working .. not able to call even customer care number .

Please go to ee.co.uk/contact-ee/account-billing/mobile where you can start a chat with our Customer Care Team.

They'll be able top access your account to see if there were any issues with your number transfer.
