Hello, 

Right now I'm in Switzerland and just pop-in the EE sim card and already added on 40 pound into the account and it seems like that I could not use the data and signal. What should I do? I already rebooting the phone.

Are you on contract or pay as you go?

 

What phone are you using?

 

Have you tried restarting your phone?

@bamkywn : If you are on PAYG, Did you use that SIM for making calls or texts in UK before you left to go abroad? EE PAYG SIMs need 1st activating on EE's home UK network. If it wasn't you can't now use it until you return to UK.
