I have roam abroad pass to use in Canada. But can I phone and text a Canadian number as part of my plan?
Also will I have to pay extra to access voicemail in Canada.

The instructions by ee are very unclear…

Welcome to the community.

Yes, you will be able to call Canadian mobiles and landlines, as well as back to the UK. Same for texts. The Voicemail is included within your allowances too.
