Hey I’ve just switched plans on my ee where I pay 16 pounds extra every month for 125GB when I received this data is has been very slow when I do a speed test it peaks to around 0.7-0.5. I also restarted the device took out the sim cleaned it nothings worked any suggestions?

Check the Access Point Settings are set correctly for the EE Network (APN).

Check your Location against EEs Network Coverage and Status Checker.

Do you have another Phone you can try your SIM in.

Since I’m on a IOS device I don’t Think there would be APN settings. I checked the status checker everything seems fine in my area but I will try my sim in another phone to see however if it’s still the same what would you recommend 

Hey again, I just tried putting my SIM card into another phone and when I ran a speed test it was similar is peaked to around 0.5MB. Also a couple days ago randomly it worked very well when I ran a speed test it peaked to around 257MB download speed. The next day when I ran it again it went back down to 0.5MB plz recommend something since this data is important for me in school

You can order a replacement SIM card online to see if this helps, or please give us a call on 150 and the team can run through some further troubleshooting with you and let you know the next steps.
